The short version

BSEG IT Solutions (also styled Bseg IT Solutions) is Charles Johnston's managed IT practice, a managed service provider focused on IT services for offices of every size around Cape Coral, Fort Myers, and greater Southwest Florida. Clients know him as Sawyer. The approach is simple: every engagement starts with a Discovery assessment (a free walkaround and assessment, no work performed; any fixes are quoted separately), you get a written plan before any work begins, and you work with a local person, not a ticket that bounces to Tampa, Orlando, or a call center.

Southwest Florida offices (churches, dental offices, clinics, law and accounting firms, multi-site organizations) need Microsoft 365 set up right, MFA on every account, backups that restore, and someone who can come on-site when the work calls for it. BSEG is a small two-person team with 20+ years of combined IT experience, so on-site work is scheduled, not instant. Charles (Sawyer) Johnston

Sawyer founded BSEG to give local offices practical IT and straight talk, and he's your main contact on the two-person team. He holds CompTIA Security+, Network+, and A+ certifications, meets DoD 8570 IAT Level II requirements, and is TS/SCI eligible. His background is in healthcare IT, with hands-on experience in real clinical and office systems.

The team also includes a technician with 12 years of managed service provider experience. Together, our team has supported 10,000+ users over our IT careers.
