Security add-ons available on any plan: Duo MFA, Proofpoint Essentials email security, Huntress managed EDR, SentinelOne, and Dropsuite Microsoft 365 backup. Projects (migrations, firewalls, SharePoint, rollouts, automation, training) are quoted after Discovery.
Response targets by plan
Response targets tighten on higher plans. Response means Sawyer acknowledges the issue and starts work, usually remotely. BSEG is a small local two-person team that schedules on-site work; targets are commitments to respond, not guarantees of instant arrival.
