Step one: Discovery assessment
Every project starts with Discovery. With your permission, Sawyer gets access to your systems, documents what you have today (Microsoft 365, servers, network, devices, backups, security), and flags risks. You get a written plan with priorities, possible problems, and a fixed quote. No project starts without it, so nothing is guessed. (Free walkaround and assessment, no work performed. Any fixes are quoted separately.)
